Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer
Appointed April 2006. Over twenty years experience in technology companies including senior financial roles with McDonnell Douglas and VC-backed technology companies. Previously CFO with Alphamosaic, a fabless chip company sold to Broadcom for $123M in 2004. |
Antti Kokkinen
Investor Director, BlueRun Ventures
Appointed in 2004, Antti is a founding partner of BlueRun Ventures. Besides Frontier Silicon, Antti also serves on the board of directors of Corea Titanium Holdings, Sensetech, a mobile phone keypad company, and SiliconBlue Technologies, a programmable logic company. Previous boards include WiderThan, a mobile media company acquired by RealNetworks for $350M.
Before joining BlueRun Ventures, Antti worked at Nokia for over ten years. |

John O'Sullivan
Investor Director, ACT Venture Capital
Appointed in 2008, John has extensive experience with high-tech startup companies, particularly in the semiconductor, software and healthcare sectors.
John also serves on the boards of Adeptra, AGI Therapeutics, Intense Photonics, Silicon & Software Systems (S3) and Firecomms, and is a visiting lecturer on the UCC MBA programme.
Prior to joining ACT in 1998, John spent three years with a range of start-up companies through Enterprise Ireland after five years with Kindle Banking Systems.

Pete Magowan
Investor Director, Alta Berkley
Pete has 18 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and is currently a partner with Alta Berkeley Ventures.
Prior to working in venture capital, Pete was a member of the executive team at ARM for 10 years, most latterly as executive VP sales and marketing.
Previously, Pete worked in a variety of microprocessor marketing roles at STMicroelectronics. Pete is a non-executive director of mobile gaming company Superscape. |

Peter Skinner
Director
Peter Skinner joined Azini at the time of its acquisition of the Apax Partners venture portfolio in October 2010.
Prior to that, he spent 17 years with Apax Partners advising and supporting portfolio companies. Most recently he has served on the boards of Bolero, Corvil, Frontier Silicon, StreamServe (acquired by Open Text), Tideway (acquired by BMC), Iris Financial (acquired by Mascon Global) and Crane Telecoms (acquired by Datatec).
He joined Apax Partners after 25 years in the telecommunications industry, firstly with Plessey and STC/ITT and latterly with BT in a number of general management roles, including three years as director of BT’s Mobile Communications.
